Craig Brightup is chief executive officer of The Brightup Group LLC, a government relations consulting firm in Washington, DC. He has provided services to 15 different organizations since 2009, including the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Previously, he was Vice President of Government Relations for the National Roofing Contractors Association in its Capitol Hill office, which he opened in 1990. Before that he headed congressional relations for the Federal Trade Commission by appointment of President Reagan, and in 2000 was named toFortune Small Business magazine’s POWER 30 list of “influential insiders” in our Nation’s Capital. Brightup is a noted expert in regulatory affairs, having guided small business involvement in major rulemakings at OSHA, EPA and the Department of Labor for more than 20 years.

Prior to joining Rational 360, Beth served as a press secretary to former North Carolina Gov. Mike Easley. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Journalism and Mass Communication.
Prior to founding Huguley Consulting, LLC, Thad Huguley worked as a Congressional staffer and campaign operative for almost 15 years. Huguley began his career as a legislative assistant for U.S. Senator Howell Heflin of Alabama. After Heflin retired from the Senate, Huguley served U.S. Congressman Vic Snyder of Arkansas as his Legislative Director and Campaign Manager. From 1999 to 2006, he served as Chief of Staff and directed the re-election campaigns of U.S. Congressman Marion Berry of Arkansas.
As founder of Huguley Consulting, LLC, Huguley has built a public affairs and government relations practice with expertise in managing coalitions, Congressional process, navigating Executive branch bureaucracy, and public policy advocacy. The roster of clients at Huguley Consulting includes big corporations, small businesses, advocacy groups, and non-profit organizations. Huguley is coordinating with Runyan Public Affairs on behalf of Rayonier, Inc.
A native of Lanett, Alabama, Huguley graduated from the University of Alabama, and he earned a Master's Degree in American History from American University in Washington, DC. He and his wife, Kim, have two sons.
Rafe Morrissey has over 17-years of public policy experience in a broad range of areas, including: postal affairs, consumer privacy, labor and employment law, telecommunications and Internet privacy issues. Rafe directly represents Hallmark Cards and the Greeting Card Association and is working with Runyan Public Affairs on behalf of the Coalition for Transportation Productivity and Consumers for Paper Options. Prior to starting Morrissey Strategic Partners, LLC, Rafe managed legislative and public policy issues for EnGage, LLC and prior to that, the Evans Capitol Group, where he represented a range of clients including: American Business Media, the Newspaper Association of America, Cyren Call, Nextel and others.
He began his career working for the Washington, D.C. based law firm, Wiley, Rein & Fielding, as a legal assistant specializing in medical insurance fraud litigation. Rafe is a recipient of the American Business Media 2007 Thomas W. Tully award for Outstanding Government Services.
Pamela Sederholm is founder and president of SEDERHOLM Public Affairs, Inc. (SPA, Inc.), a professional consulting firm specializing in the design and implementation of government affairs and public affairs programs. With more than 30 years experience as a public affairs professional, Pamela is especially skillful at tailoring legislative and political programs to meet the specific goals of clients.
Prior to establishing her firm, Pamela held positions of increasing responsibility in the government affairs and political affairs departments of leading corporations, as well as trade, industry and professional associations. She has also worked with several members of the U.S. Congress, advising and assisting them on successful fundraising and campaign programs. She is a frequent consultant and advisor to corporate and association leaders on how to design employee / member grassroots networks and alliances.
Pamela is active in Kidsave International, a volunteer organization dedicated to helping older children move out of orphanages and foster care and into permanent, loving families.
A native of Brigham City, Utah, Ms. Sederholm holds a BA degree in Political Science from Utah State University. She resides in Alexandria, Virginia.
